The other morning, on the radio version of the Wall Street Journal Report there was a report discussing an unusual bit of sex news from Japan.Seems that a beach town near Tokyo has begun catering to a specific segment of young men who play a virtual game called Love Plus. Here's where it gets weird. These men take their virtual “girlfriends” on a romantic holiday to this resort.
A component of the game includes a “field trip” which is being marketed with the Japanese seaside town of Atami. Supposedly these men that go on these vacations can find 2D barcodes around the town that allows them to scan and call up images of the young women in the game.
