Allegations by the man are that the judge's husband harassed him in 2003 by pressing him to have sex with the judge who who was a lawyer at the time. Apparently her husband showed him about 30 sexually explicit photos of the judge showing her naked in various forms of bondage, in chains, with sex toys and performing oral sex. The judge has been temporarily relieved of her duties
