Devon James Loses Tiger Suit

A paternity suit filed by porn actress and former mistress Devon James against Tiger Woods has officially been thrown out by a Manatee, Florida judge.


The judge dismissed her paternity case and request for a DNA test from the golfer. James claims Tiger is the father of her son and wanted the judge to force Tiger Woods to submit to a DNA test.

According to James, the two first met in 2006, when Tiger paid her and another woman $2,000 each to have a "two-girl party".
