CBC News is reporting that six of seven men who are alleged to have watched two women on a security camera engaging in a sex act in a Kamloops,B,C. jail have been suspended. This involves the RCMP and the incident in question supposedly occurred on August 18.
Four RCMP officers, two civilian cell guards and the civilian watch clerk watched the two women engage in what appeared to be consensual sex without intervening. According to published reports the women had been arrested in two unrelated incidents for causing a disturbance and being drunk in public.
