China Top Exporter Of Sex Toys

China is not only the largest investor in our American debt but they have also emerged as the major exporter of sex toys for the world.

According to China Daily, "China produces about 70 per cent of sex toys for the world." According to one Chinese sex toy manufacturer, fifty per cent of the customers are from the US and 30 per cent are from Europe.

The sex toy industry in China has more than 1,000 manufacturers and is worth about two billion dollars a year for the past few year. The China Market Research Center said that in just the first five months of this year revenue reached 940 million dollars.

 Products included such items as stimulus condoms, which account for 21.5 per cent of the market, according to the report. Other products range from vibrators, dildos and fetish clothes that are exported at prices ranging from 50 cents to $100.

The irony in all this is that China is a very conservative country where porn magazines, DVDs and websites are strictly prohibited.
